MEET THE AUTHOR
Lakesha L. Jones a licensed Psychotherapist, Approved Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, and Independent Clinical Supervisor based in Wisconsin that supports mental health professionals to gain the supervision, training and guidance they need to enhance their clinical skills and confidence so they can positively impact the lives of individuals in the communities they serve.
Lakesha is passionate about empowering others through collaboration and emotional wellness. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision at Mount Mary University. A devoted wife and mother, she also mentors youth, supports her community, and authored the book "Do The Work" on personal and professional development.
